Since everyone that cares has seen this, I may as well post it here.

So, umm... I'm wanted by at least two people for this. And Tom is plotting to kill me. Yep. Revenge worked. And also backfired. Oh well!

Haws, it is time to break you. Be prepared.

Actually don't, you'll be easier to break if you're not prepared.

Mwahaha

"Hello?"

"Hey Haws!"

"Oh hi Pyro, what's up?"

"Umm, I was wondering if you wanted to come over for dinner tonight?"

"I'm really sorry, but TY have a meeting tonight. I'm so sorry..."

"No, it's ok. Tomorrow maybe?"

"Ok, see ya then!"

"Bye..."

Haws put her phone down and bit her lip. If she told Pyro the real reason she couldn't come over tonight, she would be dead for sure. That reason being she was going over to Tom's place. And if Pyro found out...

No, she forced the idea out of her head and turned back to her mirror. She chuckled as she remembered Purple being creeped out by Fleather's fic, Under A Magenta Purple Sky. She looked down and picked a green pendant out of her jewellery box. The one Tom had given her. Even though she was going in casual wear, she wanted to at least wear this. She slipped the chain behind her neck and pulled the clasp together.

There, now she was ready. With one final look in the mirror, she made her way towards Tom's place.

----

Tom paced impatiently in his living room. He was restless, and while Hawser wasn't technically late yet, it felt like she was taking hours to arrive. He jumped when he heard the knock on the door. He rushed over and opened it quickly. "Hey Haws! Come on in."

"Hey Tom, nice place you have here."

Tom blushed slightly. "Thanks... You're wearing the necklace I gave you..."

"Yeah..." Hawser kicked her shoes off and turned to face Tom. There was an awkward moment where they both just stared at each other. Tom quickly broke it though.

"Shall we eat?"

"Yeah, what've ya made?"

"Well, Purple may or may not have tipped me off by telling me that you love pizza.

"Aw, she didn't did she?"

"Yep!"

"Well I'm glad anyways!"

Tom pulled her seat out for her and she sank into it gratefully. It was quite a long walk from her place to Tom's. Tom walked around the table to the kitchen and returned with a perfectly cooked pepperoni pizza.

"Ooh, looks delicious."

Tom blushed again. "Thanks." He set the meal down and seated himself on the chair opposite Hawser's. He bit his lip as he struggled to say what he wanted to say. It can wait until we've eaten he told himself. "Enjoy the food!" He started eating.

"Don't worry, I'm pretty sure I will!" Hawser grabbed a slice and tucked in.

As the pizza diminished, the couple began to joke around and discuss several things. Gradually they began to talk about the Mindcrackers, specifically Pyro.

"So, what's going on with you and Pyro?" Tom asked.

"Umm, I was actually considering breaking up with him..."

"Really!? Why?"

Here came the hard part for Hawser. "So I could, umm, be with you..."

Tom blushed and cast his eyes downwards. He had to tell her. "Umm, Haws, there's something I wanted to talk to you about..."

"Sure, what is it?"

Now, do it. There was no better opportunity to tell her. "Haws, we can't be together."

"Tom, why? What's wrong?" She reached over the table for his hand. He pulled away.

"We just can't, ok?"

Hawser was starting to get mad now. "Why? You tell me right now why we can't be together!"

Tom stared Hawser in the eyes. "Because I'm going out with someone else. And I'd rather be with her than you."

Hawser actually reeled backwards in shock. "W-What did you say!?"

"I don't want to be with you!" He was yelling now, throwing the words at her. "I'm not in love with you! This will not continue!"

Hawser felt numb all over and she stared at the green pendant in her hands. "And after all this... I've practically left Pyro! In fact, as soon as I left here, I was gonna break up with him! And now you're just throwing me out! For some other idiot that apparently is better than me!" Tears sprung to her eyes and she let got of the necklace.

"Yes, she is better than you. As a matter of fact, most of TY are. You're just a silly, unstable, little girl! And I want to date a woman, not a girl."

Hawser felt the tears roll down her face and she ripped the necklace from her neck, breaking the chain. She held it up in his face. "Well I guess you'll be wanting this back, so you can give it to your 'perfect woman' then!" She threw it at him and slipped her shoes back on. She was about to leave when he said something that she could never forget.

"You can keep it, her favourite colour is purple."

Hawser fought the urge to turn around and throw something at him. Instead, she looked over shoulder at him. "What did you say?"

Tom stood a little straighter. "Her favourite colour is purple. Not green. And you know who she is."

Hawser felt more tears distort her vision and she turned and slammed the door, rattling the windows. She took a deep breath and ran into the night. Straight into a very mad Pyro. "Sorry, Pyro, didn't see you there. I really need to go home, bye."

Pyro grabbed her arm before she could run off again. "And where do you think you're going? I heard that whole conversation. Especially the bit where you said you were gonna break up with me."

Oh. "I didn't mean it, not that Tom has someone else. We can still be together!"

Pyro shook his head. "No, we can't. You've been cheating in me with Tom, how could we possibly be together? I'm sorry to make you lose two guys in one night Haws, but it's over."

"What?"

"Goodbye Haws." He turned and walked away into the dark.

Hawser stared at his retreating form before turning and stumbling away from him, from everything.
